We understand that you have a busy schedule, which is why we offer delivery with a small fee. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your custom parts from our location in Kelowna.

It depends on various factors, but it is mainly your preference. That being said, our staff is happy to make suggestions on the best material to use for your project.
We source all our parts and material within Canada.
Our team closely examines all our material for flaws. However, if you notice a flaw in the material, we will go back to our supplier to replace it.
Depending on the complexity of the order, it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.
We don’t currently offer the installation, but we do offer delivery for a small fee.
